A True Muslim Leader
When Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallaho Anho), during his caliphate, was going on his standard rounds towards Harrah (a suburb of Madinah) with his slave Aslam, when he saw a far off fire in the desert. He said, "There is by all accounts a camp. Maybe, a parade couldn't enter the town because of dusk. We should proceed to take care of them and mastermind their security during the evening." At the point when he came to there, he discovered a lady and a few kids. The youngsters were crying. The lady had a skillet of water over the fire. Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallaho Anho) welcomed her with salaam and, with her authorization, went close to her. (The lady didn't perceive that it was Umar). Umar, "For what reason are these youngsters crying?" The Woman, "Since they are ravenous." Umar, "What is in the dish?"
